Everybody knows that Finns are very cool! Finland is a home for thousands of totally rad freestyle snowboarders. So, why don't you come and meet them? You can find more info in Travel in Finland. Best places are in North, but the coolest freestylers are in South. You don't have to be over 5000 feet to make the perfect trick in halfpipe. Just do IT!

1. FIS Snowboard-World-Championship took place from 22. to 28. of January 1996 in Lienz/Osttirol/Austria.
This is a part of Finnish snowboarding history. 7th Snow Board European Championships were organized in Tahkovuori, Finland 29th of April to 1st of March 1995. Here you can find more information about the events.
